1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and phrases used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "User" — any person registered on the platform.

7 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must complete bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and not to subsequent deposits.
• If a withdrawal is made after claiming the bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

8 Other Promotions and Offers

jlbaji regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions.

• Each promotion is active only within the stated period.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the platform reserves the right to cancel the offer.

9 VIP Program Terms and Conditions

jlbaji's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active play. Cashback will be added to the account at a set time each week.

16 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute with the platform, the following process must be followed:

• The support team will review the matter within a maximum of 72 hours.
• If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to a higher level.
• During a dispute, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended.
